Based on what we see online and literally on our Tonernews.com Facebook account, the world is being inundated with cloned and counterfeit toner and ink consumables products that are coming from China. It's overwhelming and to the point where it’s out of control. Remember folks except for Tonernews.com there is really no one out there that polices what is going on in our toner consumables industry, so China's fearless manufacturing network is forcing many OEM's to rethink their whole global business strategy and it's affecting everything that has to do with print and our industry.

The chips inside all Hp printers and their consumables is literally Hp’s last stronghold on the their own consumables product, once that is breached by the Chinese networks, it's out of Hp's hands and that is why China's clone toner/counterfeit network has been so successful in selling these products behind Hp's back by making their own bogus reverse-engineered toner and ink chips, and since the Chinese Government is literally complicit in this scam, it's going to be very hard to stop it.

There is already a lot of strain on why we even need to print anymore, mix that in with what China's global clone toner/counterfeit network has already accomplished and it's a recipe for disaster. We believe (and this is only our opinion) that if Hp doesn’t brick/block all these Chinese toner cloners/counterfeiters, Hp and other OEM's day's in the printer business will all be numbered.
