USA’s Xerox Getting Ready To Flood Europe With Chinese Toner, Clover Imaging Bounces Back! Xerox To Remove All Reman Toner SKUs From European Inventory.
As if things where not shocking enough after our first Biden/Trump debate, Tonernews.com has just found out that Xerox and iconic US brand will be removing most of its Reman toner SKUs from European distribution centers and is getting ready to flood Europe with these cheap and toxic Chinese goods, thanks to an article from gapintelligence.com, Move Over XRC, XET is Coming to Europe.
The timing on this event could not be worst for the many honest aftermarket remanufacturers and recyclers around the globe that have worked so hard over these past decades to take care of their friends, partners and of the planet. This event will also escalate the rivalry between Canon/Hp and Xerox since most of these toner products that Xerox is replacing are Hp toners.
Hp is going to throw down the gauntlet like we have never seen on their security printer firmware and will do everything they possibly can to block/stop Ninestar’s (Apex) chips inside these Xerox toners. Now as far as the Apex Chip inside these clone toners, we don’t think there’s any love lost between Hp and Xerox, so our guess is they don’t have an agreement and Xerox will have to hope that these Chinese chips come through for them.
