Xerox is offering a cash-back promotion of up to 150 euros on selected color and black-and-white laser printers purchased through September 2024. The cash-back amount is doubled if you also buy a complete set of toner cartridges (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black, or just black for monochrome printers) with the same purchase. This offer builds on a similar campaign that began in April and was updated in July.

Promotion Details
Cash-Back Offer: Receive 30 to 150 euros cash back on selected laser printers. If a full toner replacement is purchased simultaneously (on the same invoice), the cash-back amount is doubled.

Eligibility: The promotion is available to end customers who buy one of the selected printers from an authorized German Xerox dealer between July 1, 2024, and September 30, 2024, and register the purchase with Xerox within eight weeks. After verification, the cash back will be credited to the customer’s account within 30 days.

Purchase and Registration: To qualify, customers must purchase from a specialist retailer in Germany or Austria and request cash back online within eight weeks of purchase (by November 25, 2024). Required documents include the serial number, purchase receipt, and Xerox customer account.

Restrictions: Participants must be residents of Germany and at least 18 years old. Each household can claim cash back for up to two printers. Similar promotions are available in Austria, Switzerland, and other European countries, though terms and reimbursement rates may vary.

Action Models: The promotion covers both color and monochrome laser printers, including models with and without multifunction capabilities, from entry-level to mid-range. While individual printer discounts typically range from 10% to 15%, the combined discount when purchasing toner is significantly higher, particularly for monochrome printers and smaller toner cartridges.
