MOSCOW. Oct 23, 2023 - Xerox (CIS) LLC, the former legal entity of Xerox in Russia, has been renamed Technoevolab LLC as of October 20, according to data in the Unified State Registry of Legal Entities (USRLE). Xerox had previously announced the sale of the Russian division to local senior managers. The terms and conditions of the deal have not been disclosed. Kselab LLC currently owns 100% of Technoevolab LLC, and Anton Borodikhin, company president, controls Kselab. According to data in the SPARK-Interfax analytical system, Technoevolab LLC saw revenue drop over 50% year-on-year to 6.7 billion rubles in 2022, swinging to a net loss of 258 million rubles from a net profit in 2021.
