    The Gordon Flesch Charitable Foundation has awarded over $175,000 in grants to support 39 nonprofit organizations across the Midwest in 2025. The contributions will benefit communities in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Ohio and South Dakota. Since its founding in 2002, the Foundation has given more than $2.6 million to regional charities — a reflection of its commitment to the neighborhoods where the parent company, Gordon Flesch Company, operates and serves.

    What makes this philanthropic effort unique is its employee‑driven process: company associates nominate non‑profits they care about, and a board reviews nominations each year to select grant recipients based on impact, mission alignment and community need. “We’re honored to support these incredible nonprofits as they continue their work to uplift and empower our communities,” said Kelly Moran, President of the Foundation.
