The primary objectives of the potential partnership include: Optimizing procurement: Establishing a joint venture to coordinate the procurement of raw materials and parts, with a tentative timetable for establishment in the second quarter of FY20241. Exploring other business alliances: Discussions and agreements on other strategic collaborations related to the business will be addressed separately.
