EO Johnson Business Technologies, a Wausau, Wisconsin-based provider of managed print services, document management, and production printing solutions with over 67 years of experience, has acquired Orbit Technology, an Iron Mountain, Michigan-based firm specializing in copier and printer services as the sole authorized Ricoh dealer in Northern Wisconsin and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. The deal, finalized on February 9, 2026, marks EO Johnson’s strategic expansion into the Upper Peninsula while bolstering support for its existing Northern Wisconsin customers through the integration of Orbit’s experienced service team. CEO and owner Mary Jo Johnson highlighted the move’s benefits in enlarging the company’s footprint and deepening its Ricoh partnership, stating, “We are excited to welcome Orbit employees into the EO Johnson family.” Orbit owner Gary Unrein echoed the enthusiasm, noting the shared commitment to exceptional service and the new opportunities for his team to deliver enhanced business solutions under the EO Johnson umbrella. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
