Two major document-solutions companies are turning to trusted former leaders as they seek to strengthen their positions in competitive European markets. Ricoh has brought back Paul Vieijra to head its Belux subsidiary, while Kyocera Document Solutions UK has rehired Pete Lunn as its new head sales lead.
Vieijra, previously CEO of Lyreco Benelux and a former Ricoh executive, returns with a mandate to accelerate growth across Belgium and Luxembourg. His deep knowledge of the regional office-solutions landscape positions him to sharpen Ricoh’s commercial execution and expand its footprint.
Kyocera is making a similar move in the UK. Pete Lunn, who spent nearly two decades with the company before departing four years ago, has been appointed to lead sales. His experience in channel development and dealer engagement is expected to bolster Kyocera’s UK strategy and reinforce relationships in a key European market.
These leadership recalls highlight a broader trend: in a rapidly shifting print and workplace-technology sector, global brands are relying on seasoned veterans with proven regional expertise to guide their next phase of growth.
