Ricoh Company, Ltd. has announced significant organizational changes set to take effect on April 1, 2026, as part of its ongoing efforts to adapt to evolving market demands. The company will discontinue its RICOH Digital Services Business Unit and RICOH Futures Business Unit, redistributing their functions across other divisions. At the same time, Ricoh will launch the new RICOH Software Business Unit and introduce two new divisions—Integration Marketing and Corporate Planning—to streamline its operations and enhance strategic alignment. Existing divisions will undergo renaming, with the Supply Chain Functions Management Division becoming the SCM Division and the Digital Strategy Division transitioning to the Digital Transformation Division, reflecting a stronger focus on technology and digital evolution. These moves underscore Ricoh’s commitment to innovation, efficiency, and a more cohesive corporate structure in response to an increasingly digital business landscape.
