In a blockhead move, Xerox has decided to kill off its eConcierge supplies monitoring/ordering program. The last day to place orders in their system is December 31, 2023. The system will remain active for querying until early 2024. Customers who earned the free service benefit on their devices will lose that coverage on June 30, 2024. Customers are going to be PISSED when they find out they are losing the hardware coverage. Our concern is being able to monitor supply status so we can keep that revenue.
