Tell Congress: No More Forced Labor in the U.S. Toner Market
In June 2023, Ninestar Technologies and its subsidiaries were added to the UFLPA Entity List for using forced labor. Their products are banned from entering the U.S., yet DHS and CBP have failed to enforce the law. Ninestar continues to supply resellers and flood the market with prohibited goods.
It’s time to collectively press our elected officials to demand enforcement and stop Forced Labor in our Industry. Copy and paste the letter below to send to your Senators and Congressional Representative. To find your representatives, click here congress.gov and enter your address. Your Senators and Representative will appear. Go to their website and send them the letter through their contact page.
We will be sending another letter shortly that directly addresses DHS and CBP to help apply collective pressure. Selling Ninestar products is not only illegal but also unethical. These practices harm American businesses and workers —enforcement must start now. Please share this message widely with everyone you know (family, friends, & co-workers) and urge them to act.
