Tonernews.com has verified that HP will not obstruct the remanufacturing and the resale of their toner and ink products as long as you use their OEM chips.
HP “Dynamic security” equipped printers are intended to work only with cartridges that have new or reused HP chips or HP electronic circuitry.

There are now tens of millions of OEM empty toner and inks circulating the world, in fact there are so many that it’s time that the industry STOPS its dependency on these Chinese chips, since so many are readily available. HP toners and inks can now be remanufactured, re-used, and resold with their current OEM Hp chip that they come with. Tonernews.com has verified that HP will not obstruct the remanufacturing and the resale of their products as long as the original HP chip is used. This is good news for remanufactures that were not sure of where HP Stood on this.

Reused, remanufactured, and refilled cartridges that reuse the HP chip or electronic circuitry are unaffected by “dynamic security.”
China’s Apex-Ninestar has been raking in hundreds of million$ over the years with what Tonernews.com considers spyware toner chips, YES that’s right, these toner chips are also used by Apex-Ninestar to provide information to the CCP about everyone in the West. Do you really want to sell toner and inks with Chinese chips that gathers information for this rogue nation? furthermore, HP printers that use their “dynamic security” will now be blocking cartridges that use modified (Chinese) non-HP chips or non-HP electronic circuitry anyway.

China’s fearless Ninestar now wants to open what they call “UStations” (photo below) across Europe and the US in order to counter HP’s “dynamic security” firmware updates. Imagine that, a rogue nation wants to set up shop in your backyard to tap into your toners and inks in order to reset your software! Do think for a second that the Chinese Government would let Hp or any other OEM use these “UStations” across China? LOL, you all know the answer to that, NO f-cking way! These “UStations” are probably a national security issue if they come to fruition, and anyone that is dumb enough to let this happen in their country is in for a calamity down the road.
