Walmart.com the site interestingly enough features ‘line items by brands‘ that show 94,397 single line items of Chinese cloner toner being sold on its platform, 67,155 coming from Printer Dash.
There are rumors out there that Walmart has removed toners affiliated with Ninestar and Pantum printer products, however the staggering number of Chinese clones left on its platform are still mind boggling to the industry, this explains why the OEMs and the Reman toner industry has been struggling for years. These mostly salve made toners are the cause of the downfall of a once mighty eco-friendly reman toner industry. OEMs must also take note of this since they are still being undercut by this same slaves made toner trade that as of today, are in full display at Amazon.com and Walmart.com.
94,397 single line items Chinese cloner toner being sold on Walmart.com as of today. Printer Dash, 67155 items LD Products, 3155 items Toner Bank, 3096 items Premium, 2707 items Tippmann, 2668 items TCT, 2433 items Aztech, 1664 items Toner H-Party, 1507 items Cool Toner, 1469 items Speedy Inks, 1405 items True Image, 1405 items Elite Image, 1302 items Catch Supplies, 1067 items MICOTONER, 1067 items FantasTech, 1049 items Arcon, 994 items Victoner, 666 items Premium Compatibles 582 items
Walmart did good but it must also remove all other brands affiliated with China’s Ninestar. Big box brands don’t always do the research on most items they carry and if they did, probably 70% of what they sell coming from China is either counterfeit and or probably slave made. We don’t know who New York’s Printer Dash is but for them to have 67,155 Chinese clone toners shows that they must be one of Walmart’s favorite places to go to for Chinese goods. Also, these alias brands that are not known to the industry are only the tipping point of the thousands of unknown origin toners and inks on the web. Who is Toner Bank?, Premium?, Tippmann?, TCT?, Aztech?, Toner H-Party?, Cool Toner?, Speedy Inks?, True Image?, Elite Image?, Catch Supplies?, MICOTONER?, FantasTech?, Arcon?, Victoner?, and Premium Compatibles? Most of these brands are affiliated with NInestar one way or another and it’s time for Walmart to do some internal research and toss these products from its web platform ASAP or Tonernews.com and the Feds will keep researching until they are eventually raided by the authorities.
