(KTHV) - A couple from Russellville faces federal charges after the FBI said they tried to buy thousands of stolen toner cartridges to sell at their business. According to prosecutors, The FBI arrested Derek and Danita Willis, the owners of Laser Cartridge Plus. Prosecutors said an employee at the water department in Philadelphia, Pa. ordered the cartridges on the city's account, claiming they were for the utility and sold them to the Willis' for a fraction of the price. Investigators said the Willis' knew they were hot.
