Imation closes sale of Specialty Papers
July 2005 – Oakdale (MN): Imation has announced the 30 June sale closure of its Specialty Papers business to Nekoosa Coated Products.The $17 million sale has potential for an additional $4 million consideration over the next three years depending on the performance of the business.
