    US Gov. Gives China’s Ninestar Schedules and Deadlines for Filling Countless Useless Motion.
    Gordon D. Todd Counsel for Ninestar has been throwing everything that can be taught of at the US courts for its client, causing the US Gov to issue schedules and deadlines for filling these useless motions. The last schedule by the CIT goes well into March 2024. This stall method is good for the reman toner industry in keeping Ninestar at bay.
    This lawsuit will probably be dragged out hopefully into late 2024.
