Paid for industry news site are quick to promote Ninestar’s new Brother toner, but Brother can still sue you at any time for reselling these products.

It’s always entertaining to see Uk’s Therecycler and USA’s Action-intell quick to defend China’s Ninestar latest claim, but the reality is that Ninestar and others in China make all kinds of different toner products that include, infringing, non-infringing, and even counterfeit toners for certain international markets. Ninestar has become a high-class counterfeit operation. They make HP, Canon, Epson, and Brother ink cartridges in the tens of millions every month through their Ink Tank division, where these products are sold mostly in Asia and Africa unimpeded due to lax IP’s. They have hundreds of aliases online where they deal directly with end-users behind their own dealer’s backs, and they even scam their own stockholders in China with fuzzy math. There is and will always be a risk affiliated with Ninestar products since there is no such a thing as non-infringing product, so please be careful in dealing with this company because ‘being honest’ is not what Ninestar is about.
