In October 2025, Wisconsin lenders filed a lawsuit in Milwaukee County Circuit Court seeking a $568,005 judgment against Marketing.com, a Eureka, Missouri-based printing company. The suit, originally filed in July 2025, alleges the company defaulted on a promissory note tied to its 2023 purchase of a Milwaukee printing business. The lenders claim breach of contract and failure to pay.
In addition to the Wisconsin case, the lenders have also filed a petition in St. Louis County Court to enforce the judgment in Missouri. Marketing.com was launched by Sarasota, Florida-based JAL Equity in May 2023. Despite the firm’s involvement, Eran Salu, JAL Equity’s managing director, was not named in the lawsuit. The outcome of this case could have broader implications for companies in the printing industry, particularly those navigating acquisitions and financing agreements. Marketing.com has yet to respond publicly, and the lenders remain determined to recover the $568K owed.
