We are working with external cybersecurity experts to investigate this incident and enhance the security of the XBS IT environment.
Xerox’s corporate systems, operations and data were not affected by the incident, nor were XBS operations.  However, some personal information in the XBS environment may have been compromised.
We will follow our policy and standard operating procedure to inform all affected individuals as required. We value the data privacy and protection of our clients, partners, and employees above all.
